How to grill an avocado properly
Halve the avocado and remove the core. Then place the prepared avocado on the grill, skin side down. But be careful: do not place the avocado in the hottest part of the grill. It is best to put them on the edge, because the tasty flesh of the avocados gets warm and does not burn.
Do not leave the avocado halves on the grill for too long, otherwise they will become bitter. Four to five minutes on the grill is enough. You can then serve the grilled avocado immediately.

The grilled avocado tastes even better when it's filled. How about, for example, a filling made from tomato feta salad or olive salad?
For the tomato-feta salad, simply chop tomatoes, feta and garlic and season with Italian herbs and a little salt.
